Maison Lu operates on a subscription basis.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle

Your use of Maison Lu digital assets is governed by our Advisor License Agreement, which is incorporated into these Terms.

By using Maison Lu, you agree to comply with all terms outlined in the License Agreement.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform in any unlawful or fraudulent manner
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other accounts
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features
• Excessively download or scrape content in a manner that disrupts the service

All digital assets, content, branding, and materials provided by Maison Lu are owned by or licensed to Maison Lu.

You are granted a limited license to use the assets, but no ownership rights are transferred.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Maison Lu at any time if you violate these Terms.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of your billing period.

Maison Lu provides digital assets “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee specific results, engagement, or business outcomes from the use of our content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maison Lu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
